Job Title: Sales Manager - Freelancer Visas (UAE) Location: Nairobi, Kenya Company: Dynamic Freelancers Position Overview: As a Sales Manager for Freelancer Visas, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7-10 sales representatives, developing and executing strategies to increase sales of UAE freelance visas, and ensuring the team meets its sales targets.
You will be expected to provide guidance, training, and motivation to your team while handling client inquiries and overseeing the sales pipeline.
A deep understanding of the UAE visa process, particularly freelancer visas, is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team of 7-10 people, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the growth of UAE freelancer visa sales.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring smooth workflow, timely responses, and high-quality service.
Provide training and support to sales team members, helping them to improve their sales techniques and product knowledge, especially about UAE freelancer visas.
Monitor sales performance through regular reports and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions when needed.
Handle key customer accounts and act as the point of contact for high-priority sales inquiries.
Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional efforts and ensure brand consistency.
Foster strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions for UAE freelance visas.
Stay updated on the latest UAE visa regulations, especially related to freelance and self-employment, to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice is provided to clients.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and assist in the career development of sales team members.
Manage and track sales KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management, with a focus on leading and developing a team.
Strong understanding of the UAE market, including business practices and legal requirements related to freelancer visas.
Previous experience in sales of immigration services, visas, or related fields is highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages (especially Arabic) is a plus.
Education: A Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
