The mission of Sentinel Group is to protect life; from providing simple safe zones within the family home to providing comprehensive physical security solutions for international businesses and government facilities.Sentinel Group Limited is the exclusive distributer of Trellidor security products in KenyaThe RoleYou will be responsible for : Sales and Marketing Roles and Responsibilities:Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Present, promote and sell products/services using proven techniques to existing and prospective customers.Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReach out to customers leads through cold calling.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.Providing Sales administration support to Senior Management, and Accounts Department.Maintaining Optimal level of stock at all times by constantly evaluating product count by taking a strategic approach to ensure prompt reporting to ensure replenishing so that both overstocking and running out of stock are avoided.Maintaining an accurate inventory of stocks and consolidate this into regular reportsOrganize and man exhibition standsIdeal ProfileBachelor's degree in sales and marketing, Communications or any other related field from a recognised university.
Any related qualifications and experience and proven capacity shall be considered.Strong written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of the sales circleExperience in using various analytics tools and how to use data for performance.Experienced in Microsoft office and a high level of IT understanding.Strong communication and IT fluencyCreative talents and the ability to solve tough problemIn-depth knowledge of the industry and its current eventsThe ability to handle pressure and meet deadlinesSkill in prioritizing and managing client expectationsAttention to detailExcellent time management and organisationGood administration skillsWork as a team when called uponPositive attitude to work and other colleaguesYou may also be called upon to assist in any other duties to support the company's operationsWhat's on Offer?Opportunity to make a positive impact
