General Responsibilities:Drive sell out (? increase in business revenue). Drive sell out by conversion of Watu customers to Watu Shule clients during onboardingRoute Management Implement route plan to ensure revenue generation target for assigned route are achievedEffective Operational and relationship management Build sound relationships with all customers based on mutual trust and goodwillCompetition market sensing Provide continuous feedback as per client requirements (competitor activities, promotions, incentives, innovations, pricing, planograms)Training Identify training needs and escalate to trainer for actionReporting Generate and present sales, revenue and expense reports as per the Watu Shule Reporting timelinesDisplay Management Identify branding and marketing opportunities for Watu Shule at Go downs and Branches and all applicable locations to maximize visibility.
