Our client, a leading manufacturer, is actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Operations Coordinator to join their exceptional team.
THE JOB
As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will support the Professional Sales Consultants in the management of data, activities and trade asset management by deployment of KP dispensers and refills to Company's Clients. This is done whilst continuing to provide excellent customer service to all our clients.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
KP Sales Operations
Installations & Refills management
Process Optimization—Sales toolkit, proposals and pricing, change management
Create sales sheets for new products - client Communications: order acknowledgement, delivery updates, quotations, custom orders management
Customer Service - delivery delays and other issues. Sales Support: issue resolution for the team and coordination with all other departments
NPD tracker weekly update
Performance tracking— Sales Reporting and coordinate Sales training
Coordinate Sales events and trainings
Attending weekly Calltronix meeting
Inside Sales—lead management, lead assignment, classification and reporting
KP Client Service
Undertake and be actively involved in over-the-telephone and/or email relationship building and management by being the first point of contact for customers, resolving all client queries and issues in the shortest time possible and providing information regarding hygiene solutions offered by the company.
Attend to Professional Sales walk-in clients.
Receive, analyze and verify the accuracy of order information in a timely manner to update KP Consultants & clients
Work closely with Debtors team to establish the account status of the Professional Sales clients' portfolio.
Work closely with Invoicing, Stores, Production, Supply Chain and Dispatch teams to establish stock availability to meet daily client orders, to ensure on-time delivery of orders including coordinating alternative means of delivery.
Provide Professional Sales team with all business relevant information (such as stock-outs, accounts on hold, ongoing order status, delayed deliveries and change in clients' order patterns).
Resolve problems, inquiries and issues with the necessary departments (for internal and external customers) consulting the Head of Professional Sales for further guidance when policy decisions have to be made.
Conduct continuous competitor product and pricing surveys within the Professional Sales division once a month.
Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with information, including but not limited to, salaries, reporting, company performance, pricing policies, new products development and marketing plans.
Facilitate dispenser installations/dismounting as per plan
Facilitate refilling of KP air care and drip systems on a strict schedule with necessary documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Must have a certificate in Data Analytics or Data Science from ALX or other tech institutions.
Should have 0-2 years of work experience in the same field
Should have excellent excel skills
