Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with a primary focus on software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, possess deep knowledge of software sales, and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A background in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage but is not a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and qualify leads across industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed quotas.
Present and demonstrate ERP software solutions tailored to client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research and Strategy:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and market demands.
Reporting and Collaboration:
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on software solutions.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Background in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Experience with ERP, SaaS, or other enterprise-level software solutions.
