Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and dedicated School Administrator to oversee the daily operations the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative, financial, and operational activities within the school. The School Administrator will play a key role in creating a conducive environment for both students and staff while ensuring smooth school operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the schools day-to-day operations, including but not limited to class schedules, student attendance, and general administrative tasks.
Develop, implement, and enforce school policies and procedures to ensure the school operates efficiently.
Coordinate all school events, parent-teacher meetings, extracurricular activities, and special events.

Human Resources:
Manage recruitment, training, and development of non-teaching staff (administrative, support, maintenance).
Ensure proper staff scheduling, monitoring, and performance evaluations.
Act as a liaison between the teaching staff, students, and parents, resolving conflicts and issues in a professional manner.

Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the schools budget, ensuring all expenses are within the allocated budget.
Monitor and manage school fees, payments, and financial record-keeping.
Assist in procurement of educational resources and supplies while ensuring cost-efficiency.

Facility Management:
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of school facilities, ensuring they are safe and conducive to learning.
Coordinate any repairs, renovations, and equipment maintenance as needed.

Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure the school is compliant with all local education regulations and standards.
Maintain records for academic performance, student behavior, and other administrative reports.
Submit regular reports to the schools leadership on operational and financial performance.

Communication & Public Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and external stakeholders.
Oversee internal communications within the school community and ensure transparency in school activities.
Coordinate outreach activities and maintain a positive public image of the school.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in school administration or management.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Strong leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of local education regulations and policies is an advantage.
