Job Reference: ACA/SAI/5(1 Post):Basic Salary - Kshs98,958 - Permanent & Pensionable.Job SpecificationsThe Senior Anti-Counterfeit Inspector is responsible to the Principal ACA Inspector and will: -Be in charge of border points, airports, seaports and any other duty station as may be assigned;Implement the prosecution policies and procedures;Receive and act on complaints relating to enforcement of intellectual property rights;Collect, collate, analyze data and compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports for onward transmission to the Principal Anti-Counterfeit Inspector in the region;Liaise with the Authority's legal office on legal matters;Receive, investigate and resolve consumer related complaints on counterfeit goods; andPerform any other duties as may be assigned.Person SpecificationsFor appointment to this position, the person must have: -Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Social Science, Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized institutionA minimum period of four (4) years relevant cumulative work experienceProficiency in computer applications; andFulfil the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
