Key roles and responsibilities:Support various BU graphic design elements, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.Support in Graphic Design: Develop visually stunning and effective designs for various mediums, ensuring alignment with various BU/engagement guidelines and objectives.Work closely with the communications team to understand project requirements and contribute creative input.Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts.Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design elements and channels.Identify knowledge management portals for disseminating program communications.Support in planning hosted and sponsored events and site visits and facilitating photography and/or interviews and videography.Support in the facilitation of knowledge sharing by organizing trainings and documenting lessons learned.Provide other ad-hoc communications and marketing support in line with other responsibilities.Business development – participate in generating new business through concept note and proposal development as shall be assigned to them.Academic/Professional qualifications and Experience:Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or another relevant field.5-6 years' experience in a busy organization or a creative agency.Technical skills and competencies:Proven experience developing brand visuals, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.We offer:An exciting opportunity to work with a Big 4 firm on cutting-edge clients across Africa.Continuous learning and development.Exposure to multi-disciplinary client service teams.Unrivalled space to grow and be innovative.Opportunity for international travel.
