Duties and Responsibilities
To assign duties to meter readers
To make sure meter reading exercise for the month is completed within the given time and respective bills are delivered in time.
To ensure that all customers with meter are billed accurately every month.
To ensure that UFW percentage is reduced.
To ensure that all defective meter are replaced immediately.

Requirements for Appointment
Diploma Water Engineering or its equivalent OR KCSE Certificate with proof of 5 years experience as a meter reader.
