Job Description
Reporting to the Chapter Lead- Fraud Investigations, the role holder will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, generating insightful reports, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management and analysis.
Gather, clean, and maintain large datasets from various sources.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.

Reporting.
Develop and maintain detailed regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Create ad-hoc reports as requested by management or stakeholders.
Create reporting templates for statutory reporting e.g CBK, BARC ETC.
Can identify opportunities in collaboration with Stakeholders to minimize manual handshakes of data and reports.
Ability to design practical automated solutions.

Data visualization
Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
Design and implement interactive dashboards that facilitate data exploration.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytic and reporting.
Propose enhancements to existing reporting processes and tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analytic or a related field.
Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
