Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates to negotiating offers.
Headhunting & Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage high-potential candidates using various methods, including direct headhunting, networking, and leveraging recruitment tools and platforms.
Client Account Management: Build and manage strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and the East African market landscape to provide informed guidance to clients and candidates.
Commercial Strategy: Work closely with internal and client teams to develop recruitment strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development by sharing best practices in executive search and recruitment.
Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, analyze performance, and provide insights to optimize processes and enhance client value.
