Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or related field preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position in a busy Hotel restaurant
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-stress situations and multitask effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS, scheduling, inventory systems) is a plus
Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
May be required to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
