We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Zoho CRM Consultantto lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Zoho CRM and its ecosystem for our organization and clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Zoho products, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Zoho CRM Implementation and Configuration:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Zoho CRM systems, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, and deployment.
Set up modules, workflows, custom fields, and automation based on business needs.
Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho products (Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Desk, etc.) and third-party applications.
Customization and Automation:
Develop custom solutions within Zoho CRM using Deluge scripting, APIs, and advanced automation tools.
Design and implement complex workflows, blueprints, and approval processes to optimize business operations.
Customize dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Provide recommendations for best practices in CRM usage and digital transformation strategies.
Conduct regular project updates and training sessions for end-users.
Data Management and Migration:
Perform data cleansing, importing, and migration from legacy systems to Zoho CRM.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security throughout the migration process.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Act as the primary point of contact for Zoho CRM-related issues.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot system errors, and ensure seamless user experiences.
Stay updated with Zoho product enhancements and implement new features when applicable.
Documentation and Training:
Create detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and workflows.
Deliver training to users and teams to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of Zoho CRM solutions.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Certification in Zoho CRM or extensive hands-on experience with Zoho products.
Experience:
5+ years of experience working with Zoho CRM and its ecosystem.
Proven experience in CRM implementation, customization, and data migration.
Strong knowledge of Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and API integrations.
