SEO SpecialistWelcome Tomorrow is seeking for a talented SEO specialist to join our team as a SEO Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing client accounts and executing AI-enabled SEO strategies to enhance their organic search performance while ensuring the overall success of our clients's business KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an SEO Manager, your responsibilities include:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong client relationships.Review technical SEO issues, recommend fixes, build & monitor implementation with developersConduct keyword research and build content strategy roadmaps to implement with copywritersOptimise website content, landing pages and paid search copyDrive off-page SEO optimisation projects (e.g. link-building)Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspectsWork with our Paid Media teams to optimise campaigns and share insightsResearch & implement new SEO techniques for our customers, including AI-powered SEO innovationsContribute to the growth of Welcome Tomorrow by improving our web properties organic search performanceParticipation in tech events and customer trainings to grow your skills and represent Welcome TomorrowQualifications:4+ years of SEO experienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Past Paid Media experience managing PPC campaigns across GoogleIn-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics)Excellent written and verbal communication skills to write and effectively interact with clientsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsStrong understanding of latest search engine algorithms and ranking methodsUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and Paid MediaDeep knowledge of keyword research and data mining toolsAbility to conduct competitive analyses of clients and their industriesComfort with analysing large volumes of data on a daily basisFamiliarity with WordPress or other content management systems
