Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to lead our residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of construction are executed to the highest standards of quality and safety while fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor all construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations.
Enforce rigorous safety protocols on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Optimize the allocation and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and engineers, providing timely updates on project status and addressing any concerns with professionalism.
Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, daily reports, and compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision, particularly within residential projects.
In-depth understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Capacity to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
