Job Purpose
The Social Media Associate will enhance Vivo's online presence, drive customer engagement, and support brand campaigns across social platforms. Responsible for creating engaging content, managing communities, and ensuring consistent brand representation, the Associate will also monitor platform performance to optimize strategies. Collaborating with the marketing team, they will stay updated on trends and ensure Vivo's social media is vibrant and aligned with business goals, contributing to overall growth and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily activities across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Twitter).
Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
Use tools like Canva, StoryMaker, Unfold, and Mojo to create engaging graphics and stories.
Develop social media content calendars with the content, ecommerce, and brand teams.
Implement short and long-term social media strategies that support marketing goals.
Establish content pillars for consistent messaging across platforms.
Monitor trends, audience engagement, and competitors to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to brief artworks and social media assets.
Utilize automation tools for scheduling and managing content.
Monitor brand mentions and sentiment, addressing issues promptly.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas.
Design and manage social media surveys for customer feedback
Optimize social media posts for search engines to increase organic reach.
Conduct keyword research to find trending topics and relevant hashtags.
Regularly analyze and report on social media metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation (internships/freelance acceptable).
Familiar with platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Twitter) and tools like Canva, Story Maker, Unfold, Mojo.
