Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to capture, produce, and manage high-quality social media content, specifically for Bluestar Properties, Bluestar Movers, and Bluestar Professional Cleaners Ltd. The ideal candidate will have expertise in video production, photography, and social media strategy to effectively showcase the unique services of each subsidiary and grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Videography:
Capture and edit engaging video and photo content showcasing each subsidiary's services: from property showcases to moving solutions and professional cleaning transformations.
Develop creative content ideas tailored to the audience of each brand, ensuring relevance and visual appeal.
Conduct on-site shoots at properties, moving projects, and cleaning locations to create real-time, authentic content that highlights each service.
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Curate and manage social media channels for Bluestar Properties, Bluestar Movers, and Bluestar Professional Cleaners Ltd.
Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals, seasonal trends, and brand objectives.
Schedule, post, and monitor content performance to drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
Engagement & Brand Voice:
Represent each brand's voice consistently across social media channels and engage with followers professionally.
Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages, ensuring positive and timely interactions.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Track content performance and key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to inform content strategy.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance content and boost engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation, videography, and social media management.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent each subsidiary\'s unique voice.
Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a high standard for content quality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role within property management, moving, or professional cleaning industries.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for social media.
