What You Will Do: Proactively anticipate trends and developments within our niche, ensuring the organization stays five steps ahead through continuous research, opportunity identification, and a comprehensive understanding of our channel positioning; Develop and execute effective social media strategies tailored to various channels, utilizing a combination of analytical reasoning and creative approaches; Manage content creation and publication across primary channels or identify and implement automation solutions to streamline these processes; Conduct ongoing testing of new strategies, techniques, and approaches to enhance engagement and optimize outcomes; Take complete ownership of traffic performance metrics, devising and executing strategies to ensure consistent growth; Analyze, review, and report on campaign performance, using insights to maximize effectiveness and drive results.
What We Expect: At least 2 years of proven experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Threads; Strong analytical skills with the ability to support creative concepts using data-driven arguments; Exceptional English writing and language proficiency primarily focus on engaging the US market; Excellent project management and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
