Software Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead our customer-facing implementation projects while ensuring timely and efficient software delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in managing complex software implementation projects, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proven track record of working closely with customers to achieve project success.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation process of software solutions for our clients.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
Customer Engagement: Serve as the Escalation point of contact for customers during the implementation process.
Establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Conduct regular status meetings with customers to provide updates, address concerns, and align on project goals.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers to resolve any issues promptly.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that the implemented solutions meet the highest quality standards and align with customer requirements.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure any issues are addressed before final delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving implementation processes and methodologies.
Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to refine future implementations.
Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in managing customer-facing projects and delivering software solutions.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with HRMS implementations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience in the HR Software delivery sector is a plus.
