Duties and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright and Cypress.
Create and execute comprehensive API test cases using Postman, ensuring high-quality backend services.
Perform performance testing using k6 and JMeter, analyzing results to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines on GitHub.
Guide the team in writing BDD-style tests using the Cucumber framework for Cypress automation.
Work closely with other engineers to utilize Terraform or GCP tools to ensure scalable and secure testing environments.
Continuously enhance test strategies, frameworks, and practices to align with industry trends and project requirements.
Debug and resolve test failures, ensuring the stability and reliability of test pipelines.
Contribute to test planning, including risk analysis and coverage assessment for new features and products.

Requirements
A degree in Computer Science or any other relevant courses is relevant but not required.
4+ years of experience in web automation, API testing, and performance testing.
Proficient in modern tools and frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, and Postman, with a good understanding of Terraform or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.
Familiarity with additional CI/CD tools and cloud services.
Exposure to other programming languages, such as Javascript or Typescript.
Experience with monitoring tools and frameworks for real-time application health checks.
