Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the À la Carte kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Supervise kitchen staff and maintain smooth service.
Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste. Manage kitchen costs to meet budget targets.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or similar in a high-volume à la carte kitchen.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
Leadership, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
Culinary degree or certification preferred. Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.
We're looking for someone to maintain our high culinary standards and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
