Our client in the beauty industry is seeking to recruit a well experienced and exposed manager. The manager should have a proven track record experience of over 5years in performance management and quality assurance. The Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the beauty spa, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, staff performance, and target achievement. This role includes managing staff, ensuring client satisfaction, handling inventory, and ensuring that the business meets its financial goals. The Manager will also ensure that he/she monitor sales targets and ensure staff contribute to revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure staff meet professional standards.
Manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and smooth daily operations.
Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
Address staff grievances or concerns in a timely and fair manner.

Client Services & Satisfaction:
Ensure that all clients receive excellent customer service and that their expectations are met or exceeded.
Handle customer complaints or issues, resolving them to the clients' satisfaction.
Conduct regular surveys or gather feedback to improve services.
Build and maintain a loyal clientele by promoting an excellent experience.

Operations & Administrative Management:
Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow in all areas.
Manage appointments and scheduling to maximize productivity.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing spa environment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment.

Sales & Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services, products, and special offers.
Encourage staff to upsell beauty products/services and treatments to clients.
Monitor sales targets and ensure staff contribute to revenue goals.
Analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions.

Financial Management:
Assist with budget planning and monitor expenses.
Manage payroll and commissions for staff.
Handle billing and payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Order supplies and beauty products, ensuring proper stock levels without over-purchasing.

Training & Development:
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, treatments, and industry standards.
Provide ongoing training to staff on new techniques, products, and customer service.
Organize workshops or training sessions to enhance the skills of the team.

Reporting:
Provide regular reports on staff performance, client feedback, sales, and stock levels.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and daily operations.

Qualifications:
Degree in Business management or any related field.
Proven experience 5years as a spa manager or a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of spa operations, services, and products.
