Job ResponsibilitiesPreparing stores requisitions; Updating the stores /stocks data;Checking the stationery issues against requisitions made;Preparing stores requisitions for the items which have reached their minimum stock levels; Ensuring the quality of goods delivered by suppliers are of the right/required quality;Delivering stores to directorates/departments/divisions;Preparing payment vouchers for suppliers; Distributing quotations requests.Job RequirementsDiploma or Higher Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Membership of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management or any other relevant professional body. Proficiency in computer applications.
