KEMSA/HRA/ST/HR/14/2024)PURPOSE STATEMENTReporting to the Administration Assistant, the Support staff will be charged with the responsibility of ensuring housekeeping and cleanliness of the various offices. Provision of kitchen and catering services (preparing and serving tea, cleaning utensils and ensuring high level of hygiene in the kitchen)PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESThe jobholder will have the following principal accountabilities: House keeping and general maintenance of the offices.Ensure physical maintenance and hygiene.Timely provision of kitchen servicesAny other duties and assignments as shall be issued.QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEThe requisite qualifications for this position will be as follows: Be in possession of a mean grade of D Plain at Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE). One (1) year relevant experience.Good communication skills.Good in time management. Highly flexible and a person of high integrity.Ability to work under minimum supervision.
