Technical Manager

Job Description Overview of the role The Technical Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects under our management.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management abilities to oversee and coordinate on-site activities effectively.
  Key Responsibilities   Project Oversight Team Leadership Quality Assurance Safety Compliance Documentation and Reporting Problem Solving and Decision Making Qualifications Degree or certification in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
OSHA certification and other relevant licenses may be required depending on local regulations.
Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
