Technical Recruiter

Position: Technical Recruiter (Freelance) Location: Remote (Global) Experience: 1+ Years Responsibilities: Source and assess technical talent for various roles. Collaborate to understand staffing needs. Utilize diverse channels for candidate sourcing. Conduct thorough technical screenings and assessments. Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates. Video screen candidates to understand their unique qualifications based on the role. Submit candidates to ATS and keep them updated of the hiring process.  Requirements: 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment. Strong understanding of technical skills and industry trends. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.   Compensation This role is freelance and compensated through a profit-sharing model. Generous percentage.   Role is fully remote globally
