Job Description We are searching for a part time Telecommunications Support Technician in Kenya to join our globally growing team.
The successful candidate will work closely with Ulula's engineering and customer service teams.
What you'll do: Work as part of our telecoms department Manage Voice and Messaging reporting Monitor our telecommunications infrastructure and diagnose any issues that may arise with deployments (voice and text) Collaborate with internal teams on connectivity issues affecting client relations Able to travel in case you need to install/maintain our infrastructure Support projects across all areas of Ulula's operations, especially projects in Africa All other assigned tasks, commiserate with your role and responsibility as Telecommunication Support Technician Qualifications Experience with any type of telecommunication network Experience liaising with technical and non-technical teams around the world Working knowledge of VoIP and systems that use automated responses.
