As a Tour Manager, you'll oversee every detail of our tours, ensuring smooth operations, enriching itineraries, and unforgettable experiences for our travelers, while promoting responsible tourism.

As a Tour Manager, you'll be pivotal in driving growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
Develop and curate engaging domestic and international tour packages that meet diverse traveler needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and innovative package offerings.
Negotiate favorable rates and terms with suppliers to enhance tour profitability.
Represent the company at tourism events, both locally and internationally, to network and build partnerships.
Ensure all bookings are accurately made and confirmed for proposals accepted by clients.
Coordinate and arrange necessary training sessions for the tours department to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Manage and facilitate both inbound and outbound tours, ensuring a seamless experience for travelers.
Contribute to the marketing of tour packages by exploring and implementing new marketing channels, including website enhancements and social media strategies.
Possess a certificate of good conduct.
Bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Qualifications
Proven track record in the travel and tours industry, demonstrating successful management and delivery of tour experiences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and develop creative solutions for enhancing tour offerings.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to utilize technology for efficient operations and reporting.
