Degree in Construction Management or Real Estate Management from a recognized University
Be a holder of Sc. Construction Management or Real Estate from a recognized university.
At least three (3) years University teaching or research / industry experience
Applicants must be prepared to pursue PhD in the specified areas of specialization.
Registration for PhD Degree will be an added advantage
