Ref: (ZU/10/Adv/12/2024)Duties and ResponsibilitiesTeaching in areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed from time to time by the Head of Department.Supervising or assisting with supervision of any research studies, attachment and teaching practice undertaken by the students.Providing mentorship and career guidance to studentsParticipating in the development, administration and marking of examinations and other assessmentsHandling students' grievances that relate to their learning needs.Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisors or as captured in your detailed job description.Minimum Qualification and ExperienceMaster of Arts in Sociology or a relevant field from a recognized/accredited UniversityBachelor of Arts (Sociology and Economics) degree or a relevant field from a recognized/accredited University.At least three years of post-qualification work experience.Should have experience in camera work and Video editing.Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.Commitment to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
