Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Video Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a knack for producing high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing short-form videos (up to 1.5 minutes) that align with our brand's mission and vision. The focus will be on corporate leadership, motivational content, and professional advice that subtly introduces our services.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to brainstorm and conceptualize video content that promotes Prestige Bluestar Holdings Ltd. and its subsidiaries.
Deliver content that aligns with our brand\'s voice and corporate identity.
Implement feedback to refine and improve video content for maximum engagement.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to keep content fresh and relevant.
Manage pre-production planning, including scripting, storyboarding, and coordinating locations, props, or actors if needed.
Optimize videos for SEO and social media platforms to boost visibility.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a video content creator or videographer (portfolio required).
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong storytelling skills and a creative eye for capturing compelling visuals.
Knowledge of current trends in video content and social media marketing.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
