If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with guests, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want you to be part of our team!Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.Take accurate food and beverage orders, making recommendations and answering questions about menu items.Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring that orders are complete and correctly prepared.Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks, clearing empty plates, and addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and resetting tables, and assisting with general cleaning tasks as needed.Qualifications:Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferably in a restaurant.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to every guest.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating hours.
