Warehouse Supervisor (1) At Hi Home

We are seeking dedicated and professional Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of products.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and distribution of products. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize workflow.
Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. Supervise warehouse staff, providing leadership, guidance and training as needed. Manage inbound and outbound orders effectively
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives and customer needs. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Any other duty assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
A Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
At least 1-2 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in the electronics & home appliances industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work as part of a team.
