The Spa/Wellness Therapist will provide a range of holistic treatments and therapies, including massages, body wraps, scrubs, hot baths, and steam room experiences.Utilizing Kenyan massage oils and scrubs produced in-house, the therapist will ensure each guest receives personalized professional care.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of holistic treatments and therapies, including massages, body wraps, and scrubs.Daily set-up and preparation of the spa facilities.Schedule treatments in collaboration with the Experience Hosts.Use and promote in-house produced Kenyan massage oils and scrubs.Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting spa environment.Participate in ongoing training and contribute to the development of Signature wellness treatments.RequirementsProven experience as a Spa/Wellness Therapist.Knowledge of various massage therapies, body wraps, scrubs and basic grooming (manicure/pedicure).Ability to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.Dedication to the principles of sustainability and holistic wellness.Personal Attributes:Passion for wellness and holistic health.Professional demeanor with a guest-oriented approach.Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team.Innovative and open to developing new treatment methods.Commitment to the ethos of sustainable and luxury tourism.Well presented, English speaking, well- and soft-spoken.SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in high-end luxury spa and wellness services.Certified and trained, holding relevant diplomas and certificates in spa and wellness therapies.Demonstrated management experience, with the ability to oversee spa operations and lead a team
