Workforce Analyst (Entry Level) At Oasis Outsourcing

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain workforce plans to optimize resource allocation and meet organizational needs.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements.
Conduct capacity planning to assess recruitment needs based on current and future requirements.
Prepare and present regular workforce metrics reports on turnover, absenteeism, and productivity.
Bachelor's degree in: Human resources. Business Administration, industrial engineering or related field
