Qualifications
Bachelor's in Business Administration.
Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office management practices.
Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience in accounting and, preferably, in a foundation or nonprofit environment.
