Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the compliance team and other departments as needed.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Compliance Assistance: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation.
Document Management: Organize and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between the compliance team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding compliance issues promptly and professionally.
Training and Education: Assist in the coordination and delivery of compliance training programs for staff.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to provide accurate and relevant information.
Project Coordination: Support compliance-related projects by tracking progress, coordinating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of compliance initiatives.
The Profile Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 1 year in a compliance-related position.
Strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
