This position requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
The ideal candidate will have a background in compliance and be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the compliance team and other departments as needed.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Compliance Assistance:Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation.Document Management:Organize and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of sensitive information.Communication:Serve as a liaison between the compliance team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding compliance issues promptly and professionally.Training and Education:Assist in the coordination and delivery of compliance training programs for staff.Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to provide accurate and relevant information.Project Coordination:Support compliance-related projects by tracking progress, coordinating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of compliance initiatives.Ideal ProfileQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 1 year in a compliance-related position.Strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.What's on Offer?Opportunities for career growth & developmentRole involving team management opportunities
