offering a wide range of software solutions such as Acumatica, Palladium, QuickBooks, Sage , Sage Pastel, Sage VIP Payroll and a host of complimentary add-on software solutions that enhance the comprehensive delivery of a solution to you.The RoleYou will be responsible for : Marketing of properties available for sale or lease.Organizing viewings and responding to queries.All aspects of tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.Managing and administering lease compliance, documentation etc.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
