Job DescriptionYour responsibilities: Responsible for acquiring new customers and relationshipsEstablish and manage relationships with client C-level executives, with an objective to drive sales initiatives and go-to-market plan to complement and support Bosch industrial boiler business around Product Engineering, Software Platforms and IoT solutionsDevelop and implement appropriate strategies to expand industrial heat marketsCooperate with technical team and share information across the organizationBuild and maintain strong customer relationships driving penetration of industrial boiler solutions and expand the market sharePrepare proposals and and organize bid preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costingIdentify and conducts follow-up on leads generated through professional organizations, trade shows, community events, technicians, advertising and other lead generating techniquesConduct post sale follow-up by contacting customer(s) to ensure service expectations are being met and to generate referralsPresent sales presentation and proposal to prospects, identifying positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competitionHelp develop appropriate sales process and collateral for closing leadsConduct market analysis to determine Bosch competitive position regarding products, pricing and service levels for areas of responsibilityUncover and leverage customer and competitor insights to enhance product offering and enhance customer valueAssist in the development of corporate marketing material, collateral and advertisementsParticipate in various networking opportunities within targeted professionalResponsible for sales & business development activities for assigned Bosch solution portfolio in the assigned regionMeet or exceed sales targets and assigned strategic account objectives.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ Industrial engineeringAt least 5+ years B2B SalesPractical experience in commercial Industrial Heat work.Experience and knowledge: Practical experience in commercial Industrial Heat work.Experience in New-business acquisition preference.At least 5+ years B2B SalesStrong interpersonal & communication skills.Your personal characteristics and skills: Have good verbal, oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Be a creative thinker and self-driven.High willingness to learn.Additional InformationDimensions:Meet management expectations on the role.Meet organization and customer expectations for high quality services.Major Challenges:Working within diverse and complex market.Driving high performance from the organization.Customer and internal stakeholder inconsistencies.
