Business Development Consultant At Dial Afrika

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Consultant at Dial Afrika. The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, consulting with clients, effective communication, and business planning on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description:
Strategic Sales Development: Identify target markets, develop sales strategies, and establish plans for growth within new and existing markets.
Prospecting and Client Engagement: Proactively engage in prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and meetings, to create and nurture a pipeline of potential clients.
Proposal Development and Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Dial Afrika's unique value propositions.
Consulting on Business Growth: Work closely with the leadership team to recommend business strategies and suggest improvements to increase market share and client retention.
Contract Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to close deals that align with business goals and ensure mutually beneficial client agreements.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, provide insights on opportunities for growth, and identify areas for improvement.
Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for Dial Afrika, representing the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences.

Requirements/ Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in business development or consulting roles within a B2B setting, ideally in technology or BPO industries.
Proven track record in sales growth and market expansion.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing market conditions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
