We are committed to helping our clients manage their financial obligations effectively and responsibly.
We are seeking motivated and focused Call Center Collection Agent to join our dynamic team and help drive debt recovery efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to clients with overdue accounts to collect payments and resolve outstanding balances.
Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service, addressing payment-related queries and concerns.
Negotiate payment plans with customers while adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communication and payment agreements.
Achieve set collection targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for debt recovery.
Identify and escalate high-risk accounts for further action, if necessary.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance overall recovery rates.
Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection, call center operations, or customer service.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with credit management tools and debt collection regulations is a plus.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
