GAEAT is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our merchant network by onboarding restaurants and liquor stores onto the GAEAT platform within their designated zone.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company in the food and drink delivery industry.
The Field Sales Executive will work closely with other sales team members in their zone to achieve weekly targets and contribute to the overall success of the platform.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and onboard new restaurants and liquor stores (merchants) within the designated zone.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction with the GAEAT platform.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and gather market intelligence on competitors.
- Achieve weekly onboarding targets set by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Collaborate effectively with other Field Sales Executives and the Regional Sales Manager to share best practices and optimize sales strategies.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with onboarded merchants to ensure seamless integration and address any concerns or issues they may have.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market feedback, and performance metrics to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings from GAEAT to effectively communicate value propositions to potential merchants.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the food and drink or tech industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with the designated zone's market dynamics and local business environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the designated zone to meet potential merchants.
