Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive strategy to enhance the company's presence in E. Africa.
Secure partnerships with distributors and retailers to improve the supply chain.
Drive sales to meet targets by identifying opportunities in various lubricant markets.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders for long-term partnerships.
Lead local sales teams in East Africa, setting targets and monitoring performance.
Assess market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with teams to ensure successful market introductions of new products.
Build and mentor a regional sales team to execute strategies effectively.
Oversee marketing and business development budgets to maximize ROI.
Effectively introducing and achieving sales success for new products in the market.

Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years in business development, sales, with significant exposure to lubricants or related industries in East Africa.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the industrial, specialty, and automotive lubricant markets in East Africa.
Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage long-term business relationships.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Willingness to travel extensively across the East African region as required.
