Employee Benefits Administration
You will oversee and manageemployee benefit programs, includinghealth insuranceandretirement planswhile ensuring they remain competitive. Additionally, you will guide benefits-related inquiries and implementwellness programssuch as gym and sports activities.
You will also set up benefits innew markets, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Compliance and Risk Management
You will ensure the company adheres tointernational labor lawsandtax regulationswhile mitigating mobility and benefits administration risks.

Data Analysis and Reporting
You will produce reports on global mobility metrics, offeringdata-driven recommendationsfor improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Expertise
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in global mobility, employee benefits, and HR shared services.
Strong knowledge of international labor laws, tax regulations, and immigration processes is essential, while experience in the fintech industry would be an advantage. The role also requires excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
