Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from a fast-paced HR recruitment firm, and a strong understanding of hiring processes. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients or internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings across different levels and departments.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending job offers.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, including communicating with candidates and interview panels.
Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Provide recommendations for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in a busy recruitment firm.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in using recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Familiarity with online job portals and social media recruiting platforms.
Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
