Qualifications/ Eligibility
A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
CHRP certification
Member of IHRM in good standing
Relevant qualifications in recruitment, Talent & Performance management such as Competence based Interview skills, use of 9 grid box talent management tool and Balance scorecard.
Over 7 Years experience in Human Resource Management of which 5 years and above should be in the indicated areas.
Post Graduate degree is an added advantage
