Details of the offer

Duties and responsibilities;
Recording dictation in shorthand and transcribing it in typewritten form; manuscripts or recording from dictation machines;
Processing data; management of e-office; operating office equipment;
Management of office protocol; managing office petty cash; handling telephone calls and appointments;
Ensuring security of office records, documents an secretarial duties that may be assigned. typing from drafts, equipment's; and undertaking any other

Requirements for Appointment
Be a Kenyan citizen;
Bachelor's Degree in secretarial studies, Business and office management or equivalent qualification from recognized institution
Additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary is an added advantage.;
At least three (3) years' experience in a related field;
A Certificate in Computer Applications (Windows, Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, MsAccess and Internet) from a recognized Institution.
Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
