Job Description: We are seeking Outbound Life Insurance Sales Specialists to join our client's growing global team.
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospective customers (leads provided), engaging with union members who are eligible for special rates on life insurance.
You'll play a crucial role in driving sales and meeting performance metrics.
Clear and effective communication (with a focus on accent clarity) is essential for this role, as well as strong sales skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to union members from a provided lead list, introducing and selling life insurance.
Engage Prospects: Build rapport with prospective customers, understand their insurance needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.
Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate the value of life insurance offerings, ensuring a thorough understanding of the benefits available through union affiliations.
Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Objection Handling: Respond confidently and effectively to customer inquiries or objections.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales or call center environments is preferred.
Communication Skills: Clear spoken English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Accent clarity is critical to succeed in this role.
Sales Skills: Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers, handle objections, and close sales.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with dialer software (e.g., 59Dialer) or other similar outbound sales tools.
Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
Technical Requirements: Must have an internet speed of at least 70mbps (100mbps preferred) Speedtest.net required.
Must have a computer capable of running multiple apps simultaneously, including Zoom with screenshare , Slack , and Readymode .
Nice-to-Haves: Experience selling life insurance or working with union-affiliated clients.
Previous experience working in a global or remote sales team.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a large volume of calls while maintaining quality.
