Job Brief
The People Development & Business Administrative Executive will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive the overall Hospital Business Performance. The primary goal is to ensure optimal and efficient hospital operations for the delivery of compassionate care with exceptional patient experience as a major driver of overall business performance. The role will be responsible for managing the overall HR processes, focusing on optimizing process efficiency, spearheading strategy execution across the Group in line with Business Objectives and enhancing the competitive advantage of the Hospital's Core competencies.
Key Responsibilities
The Role will be responsible for driving the overall business performance across the Hospital branches by providing proactive People & Leadership Development, leading cultural alignment among the staff members, spearheading execution of the Hospital strategic initiatives and Strategic Communication both internally and with other key stakeholders. Specifically, the Role will:
Be responsible for ensuring efficient HR Service Delivery across the Hospital branches by executing both strategic and operational HR Management processes.
Be Responsible for Hospital Standards Management by auditing, monitoring and evaluating the business impact of key organizational Processes for improvements.
Responsible for Spearheading Strategic Relations Management by leading stakeholder engagements.
Drive overall Business Performance by leading strategic and operational plans execution, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
Provide Senior Management Administrative Support.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience working as an HRBP/ Business Administrative Executive or HR executive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a business-related course with specialization in Human Resources Management.
CHRP Certification will be an added advantage
Excellent Corporate Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage/Lead Organizational Development
